"Jay Hill, president of American Clean Energy Systems Inc. of Volant, Lawrence County, produces a new-age diesel fuel additive that, coupled with a unique mixing process, increases fuel efficiency by 20 percent or more, better lubricates engines and significantly reduces particulate and nitric oxide emissions, among other advantages..." He plans to hire 1,500 employees within 7 years. Will he make it? Do you see any future here? Or will it go the way of many other additives?
